Based on research by Dr.Charles Margerison and Dr.Dick McCann, Team Management Systems is a unique approach to maximizing human performance. After taking a look at why some teams succeed where others fail, they adapted the research of Carl Jung to work situations and created a questionnaire to explore work preferences. The questionnaire developed into the Team Management Profile, and it can provide feedback on individual roles within the team, their personal work preferences, and how the employee relates to others.
